Description: This course introduces the use of social media and other Internet technologies, with an emphasis on the theory and practice of marketing in an electronic environment. Topics include the personalization and interactivity of the Internet to build strong customer relationships. These concepts are applied to traditional brick and mortar as well as exclusively online businesses.
